Helping Your Teen Manage Stress: Parenting with Ometz In-Person

Most people experience stress and anxiety at some point in their lives. Depending on the level of severity, they can detrimentally impact one’s quality of life. In this FREE hour-long workshop, we will help you better identify stress and anxiety in yourself and within your teens. The workshop will teach you an array of simple strategies to help you and your family navigate through those difficult life moments with a little more ease.
